Assisting your staff in the development of associated applications and scripts . Answering telephone enquiries . Addressing any problems and issues . Providing you with new features and capabilities in response to your specific requirements . Providing you with copies of the latest versions of the Module and of Device Drivers etc. . Keeping you informed of issues , latest information - both general and specific - and of new releases . We will , providing the cost is proportionate , purchase a copy of the compiler that you are using and will ensure that the Module compiles without any warnings or errors on the compiler . If there are any compile bug problems ( where the compiler incorrectly compiles the code ) we will alter the code in order to write around these problems - this will require use of the platform hardware , porting code and associated operating system and application code . Our extensive experince in embedded programming means that we have worked with many different compilers and , as such , are aware of many of the problems that exist and of the solutions that need to be used . This experience is used in our product development . We can also supply you with an optional porting service and a scripting ( user interface design ) service ( at extra cost ) .
